RAY OF HOPE

Life has been ups and down. Some situation makes you cry and some makes you happy. Life is not the same but sometimes we want to same the same which is not possible. But some of the situation makes us grow and they make us mature. We learn from those. But sometimes, situation turned against us. We are trying to learn but the circumstances doesn't let us learn or grow. Sometimes money doesn't matter but motivation, encouragement and appraisal are required for every person. When you work hard but the work is not appreciated by the people, it hurts. It really hurts. When there is no motivation and appreciation, we don't like or prefer to work. There is less enthusiasm and no effective in the work. 

When there is a motivation and encouragement, we prefer to work and there will be effectiveness in the work. There will be excitement to work.  When there is excitement, we prefer to work more and we enjoy the work. But there is unhealthy relationship and unwanted environment for the long period of time, we don't prefer to work.  We will be depressed and at that time, money doesn't count or doesn't matter. It hampers in the personal space.

When you are in the mood to work and go some excitement, it really sounds good. But when someone tries not to involve you in the work, it stress you out. It disturbs you. Although, you wanted to work and wanted to give 100 percentage, you are not given opportunity, it bothers you. 

When you are in search of an opportunity and when you don't get an opportunity, there is no hope. You feel like you don't want to try and you give up. You get lost. You don't see any options. When you have lost hope, there is no reason to live. When there is no hope, there is no excitement. There is the process of ray of light.
