FRIENDS FOREVER IV
Natasha and Namrata were good friends. They met on the college. It was 2011 A.D. Namrata joined the college for Master's Degree. There she met Natasha. Since the beginning, Namrata started talking with Natasha. From this conversation, they became good friends. They never fought. They had such a good bonding that everyone used to feel jealous. The other friends used to tell that nowadays in small matters, friends have argument but Namrata and Natasha never argued.
But nobody knew what could have in their life. Suddenly, they have changed. Their friendship broke out. Till the one and half year, they have never argued with each other.
The reason behind their argument was Natasha's boyfriend. Namrata never liked him as he was possessive and dominated boyfriend. He never listened to he but she never went against him. She never complained about it. She loved him but he..... Namrata doubt whether he loved her or not.
It was friendship day. Namrata and Natasha wished each other. Namrata was searching for an opportunity to speak with her but wasn't getting an opportunity. But finally before leaving college, she was alone and Namrata got an chance to speak.
"Natasha," said Namrat.
"Yes, Namrata." She went near to her.
"Can we talk for a few minutes alone?"
"Sure. But why are you serious? Any problem?"
"No problem. But need to talk with you."
They went near to the tea shop and ordered one black and one milk tea. Natasha said,"Why did you call me alone? What's the matter?"
"I am confused whether I should tell the matter or not."
"Please, tell what you want to."
"It's about your boyfriend."
"My boyfriend."
"Yes."
"Why you want to talk about him? Did he say anything?"
"No. He didn't tell anything."
"Then."
"The way he talks with you, I don't like. He is so possessive and dominating. He never listens you. Sometimes I feel he doesn't love and respect you."
When she was speaking, Natasha stood up and said,"What nonsense are you talking? I don't like people commenting our relationship. I don't like people going against him."
"But Natasha........."
She showed her hand towards Namrata and said,"Please, from onwards do not talk any rubbish about him." And she went from there.
Most of the time, there was an argument between Natasha and her boyfriend. Namrata never understood why he used to shout at her and be aggressive. He wants her to do according to him. She used to cry and Namrata had seen her crying thousands of time. Namrata tried to console but she started ignoring her.
It was too much that Namrata was ignored. She wanted to why she been ignored but she didn't get any chance to talk with her.
It was 9th April 2012, Namrata was waiting one of her friends in Roadhouse Cafe, Bouddhanath. It was around 3:43 pm, meanwhile, she saw Natasha's boyfriend with another girl. She was shocked when she saw another girl. He pulled a chair for her and sat opposite to her. Namrata was sitting in another table and hided her face.
Afterwards, writer came with a menu. After ordering food, her saw Namrata. He too was shocked. She went from the restaurant. In addition to this, he too came out from the restaurant and called Namrata.
"Namrta," he said.
She looked back as she was on the phone.
"I will call after few minutes."
They both went near to each other. They both were silence.
"Namrata," he broke the silence.
"Namrata,please do not explain anything to Natasha about this. I love Sophiya and she too loves me."
Namrata interrupted him and said,"Then, what about Natasha. She loves you. But you betrayed her." She gave a shocking expression.
"Look, she is not my type."
"Not your type?" She was shocked.
"After meeting Sophiya, I realised Natasha was not my type."
"Then, explain her and eave her. You cannot love two girls at the same time."
"I cannot."
"Why cannot you?"
"Don't know."
"What you don't know?"
"I am confused."
"What confused? You cannot bet ray anyone. If you cannot, I will talk with her."
He was trying to convince her but she was not in the mood to listen. Furthermore, Sophiya came in the search of Amaan and when she sees him, she calls him.
Namrata was confused whether she should tell or not. But finally planned to talk with her. When she saw Natasha, she went near to her. Amaan was also with her but also she had made a decision to tell. She told the truth but Natasha slapped her. She didn't believe her.
"What's wrong with you?Why are you after my boyfriend? I know he is different but we love each other?" She was quite for few seconds and said,"He told me to be awre of you because you tell unnecessary."
Namrata was shocked and said,''What I speak unnecessarily and to be awre of me?"
"Yes. But it's too much. Namrata. You are most of the time against of my boyfriend. Whatever, his character is I have already accepted. From nowadays, do not dare to speak with me or try to call me. From today, we are not friends."
After this, she went from there.Everyone was looking at her and was talking about her. She felt awkward and left the place.
After this incident, they never spoke. Namrata tried to speak with Natasha. It was Natasha who ignored her. Namarta felt guilty for loosing her good friend. Master's Degree completed but they still didn't even speak single words. They were busy in their stuffs.
Namrata tried a lot to call and talk but couldn't as Natasha hasn't forgiven her. Namrata used to log in Facebook and tried a lot to send messages but couldn't.
After one year........
Namrata logged in Facebook. When she logged in, she was shocked. She saw the status of her friend Natasha. She was leaving Nepal to study in Australia. She was leaving on January 1, 2015.
When Namrata saw the date, she looked at the calendar, only one week was left. "Oh!God! " She said. "I couldn't get chance to speak with her. I felt guilty for loosing her. What should I do?"
After one week......
It was 1st January, 2015. The weather was very bad. There was rainfall and snowfall. From morning, it was rainfall but it was unpredictable. Sometimes, it was raining and sometimes there was sunrise. But Namrata was scared. Her right eye was blinking which was not good signal. She felt unusual today. She was feeling nervous as well as uncomfortable.
1:30 pm......
The flight time of Natasha. There was rainfall and nobody knew something could happen and change their life.
2:30 pm.....
Namratate was watching television and remote fell down. She starting crying. The plane crashed in which Natasha was. Due to bad weather, plane crashed in the tree and all the passengers died.
She was crying as there were many things to clarify and explain. She felt she couldn't speak with her for almost two years. These two years killed her. Now, Natasha is no more and how could Namrata lived without Natasha.
